Protein Intake Guidelines:

For Sedentary Individuals: .80-1.0 g/kg/BW
Recreational Athletes: .8-1.0 g/kg/BW
Early Phase Resistance Training: 1.5-1.7 g/kg/BW
Endurance Athletes: 1.2-1.6 g/kg/BW
Adolescent Athletes:  1.5-2.0 g/kg/BW

For female athletes 15% less protein than male athletes.

To figure out your protein requirement take your body weight in pounds and divide it by 2.2 to convert your weight to kilograms.  Then, multiply you kilograms by your protein range.
