  • American College of Sports Medicine: Certified Exercise Physiologist
  • Muscle Activation Technique, Certified Jumpstart Program
  • Cooper Institute: Biomechanics of Resistance Training Certification
  • Everett Aaberg; PTPTIII Certification

Zoe has a unique approach to her personal training.  Although she is well versed in periodized strength training, power, sport specificity, she designs her programs around the individual needs of her clients.  She has worked along side some of the best trainers in the country, and continues to increase her knowledge of the human body.  Her approach includes years of experience, which includes working with older adults.  She believes in the functionality of exercise for each individual, whether that function is to be racing bikes at 80, or being able to stand up out of a chair.

Her goals while working with clients is to improve the client’s daily activities of living, for a lifetime, decreasing pain, working different planes, while stabilizing the joints.  Her technique brings together her years spent working in rehabilitation, combined with Muscle Activation Technique, and her unique ability to understand the body, highlighting the bodies strengths while strengthening the individual’s unique weaknesses, while ultimately assisting her clients to reach their goals.
